Firstly we were delighted with the quotation which Rodney provided in respect of replacing the windows and sliding door in our dining room.
Bob arrived at a prearranged time in order to check on the measurements, and it was not long before the arrangements were made for a date and time for them to be fitted. The communications between yourselves and us was first class.
Bob and his assistant arrived very promptly on the day, and really didn't stop working until everything was finished. Even coffee was drunk 'on the hoof'!
We are absolutely delighted with both the excellent quality of the windows and door, and the workmanship, not to mention the fact that the windows were cleaned to an absolute sparkle, and there was no mess left behind afterwards. We cannot speak highly enough of everyone concerned, so many thanks to you all.
